Later, we found that she was 38 and 10 years older than me. She never agreed to sex, and insulted me and my parents by calling us uncivilized animals," Singh claimed to the police.。“袖口也起毛了，下摆也起毛了，要是几千块也就算了，但是衣服4万多。”接下来，洪女士将羽绒服带回购买的LV门店，商家却没什么解释，并表示如果起毛了可以保养。洪女士表示，衣服买来就是用来穿的，也不是用来欣赏的，即使是几千块的羽绒服买了也不会这么快起毛吧？针对洪女士的投诉，记者跟随她来到杭州大厦的LV门店，工作人员表示不方便接受采访。

B | 记者又来到杭州大厦服务中心，楼层负责人表示，LV店铺售后人员表示这种情况属于正常使用损耗。“衣服在穿着过程中，和桌角等位置摩擦的时候，都会出现起毛的情况”。洪女士对这一说法并不认同，她表示仅仅几天，自己穿着也比较小心。

C | “我穿的也是比较仔细的，我又不干活，本身品牌我是认可的，但是品质确实有问题。

D | ”杭州大厦楼层负责人表示，门店表示可以帮洪女士做售后，送免费干洗一次，帮客人把起毛的部分修复。但洪女士并不认可此方案，她要求退货，甚至提出可以不退现金，把钱存在店里以后消费。

E | 对此要求，杭州大厦方表示，会从中协商，争取妥善处理。
